Free Standard Shipping

All eligible orders of our women’s robes and loungewear qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Shipping Area

We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or any international destinations.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing generally takes 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Once shipped from our U.S. facility, standard delivery of your robe or loungewear order usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Sales Tax

Applicable state sales tax is automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on the shipping address and current tax rates for each state.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order for a robe or any other item, please contact us at service@kyrodelle.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, changes may no longer be possible.
